The 5-point pharmacy check
- Outer carton matches the inner strip — same batch, expiry and MRP
- Hologram or tamper seal is sharp, not photocopied or peeling
- Brand name is spelled correctly, with no extra or missing letters
- Pharmacy gives you a printed GST bill
- Pack is sealed and undamaged, not loose tablets in a polythene bag
