By using Safehealth ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Safehealth provides AI-powered medicine packaging analysis and general health guidance. It is a software tool — not a medical service, not a diagnostic device, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your Google account used to sign in. You must be at least 18 years old or supervised by a parent / guardian.

3. Credits & Payments

• Each medicine scan deducts 1 scan credit (₹2 effective value after free credits).
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Existing credits remain valid.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or use the App for emergency medical situations.

5. Liability

The App is provided "as is" with no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Safehealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
