By using ImproveIt ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

ImproveIt provides AI-powered analysis of medicine packaging and general health information. It is a software tool intended for informational support only. It is not a medical service, not a diagnostic device, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not for Emergencies

Do not use the App in a medical emergency. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

3. No Medical Guarantee

We make no guarantee that the information provided by the App is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify medicine details with a licensed pharmacist or doctor and read the official packaging insert before use.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to sign in. You must be at least 18 years old, or supervised by a parent or guardian, to use the App.

5. Pricing

The App is currently provided free of charge. There is no per-scan fee and no subscription. If paid plans are introduced in the future, the updated terms and pricing will be shown to you before any charge is taken.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its AI components, or rely on the App as the sole basis for any medical decision.

7. User Responsibility

You use the App at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the App, and you agree to seek licensed medical help where appropriate.

8. Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ImproveIt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
