What we collect
- Account info from Google sign-in: name, email, avatar.
- Scan images you upload, stored privately in encrypted storage.
- Scan & chat history: medicine details extracted, AI responses, timestamps.
- Usage data: credits used, basic device info for debugging.
How we use it
- To deliver and improve the service.
- To send AI scan/chat requests to our AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway) over secure HTTPS.
- To bill credits accurately.
What we do NOT do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your scan images with advertisers.
- We never use your private images to train public AI models.
Security
All data is protected by row-level security so only your account can access your records. Images are stored in a private bucket with signed-URL access only.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and data anytime by emailing privacy@safehealth.ai.
