Refund Policy

Because Safehealth delivers digital credits used instantly, we keep refunds simple and fair.

Unused credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing billing@safehealth.ai.

Partially used credits

Refunds for partially used packs are pro-rated based on remaining credits at the standard ₹2/scan rate, less a small processing fee.

Failed scans

If a scan fails because of our system (not a poor photo), we automatically refund that credit. If you believe a credit was wrongly deducted, contact us within 48 hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
