DigiStudy (“we”, “our”) collects only the personal data needed to deliver study plans, doubts, notes, tests and progress features. This includes your name, email, profile photo (from Google sign-in), class, exam target, preferred language, weak topics, and study activity.

• To create and personalise your AI study plan.
• To answer your doubts and evaluate your spoken answers.
• To track your progress, streaks and improvement.
• To run study features, competitions and provide support.

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with trusted service providers (e.g. authentication, AI inference, analytics) under strict confidentiality, solely to operate the app.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. For deletion, contact support@studysync.ai.

The app is intended for school and college students. Minors should use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

We process digital personal data in line with applicable Indian privacy requirements and continuously update our practices.
